Try these checks first
- Open Android Settings → Apps → ReadCam → Permissions and confirm camera and microphone access.
- Confirm the finished recording appears in your Android media library.
- Restart ReadCam, then repeat the exact steps that caused the problem.
- Include your ReadCam version, device model, Android version, and whether you were using the front or rear camera.
